File exe thì bạn cứ cho chạy trên PC khi đang sync thì sẽ tự cài vào PPC, nếu không thì bạn vào thư mục \program files\active sync\ sẽ có các file cab trong thư mục con tương ứng.

Hoặc vào thẳng trang của nhà SX mà lấy file cab (như resco, sbp...) cái mình cần ở đây là cờ-rờ là chính.
